Do not sell my information
The short answer is that we do not sell it and we never have. This page says what that means and how to hold us to it.
1What we do not do
JevCha does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those two terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act and in the laws that copy it.
There is no advertising network on this site, no data broker in the chain and no affiliate feed. The business model is that you pay us for solves.
2What we do instead
We hold the data listed in clause 1 of the Privacy Policy and we use it to run the service, bill it and keep it from being abused. It goes to the suppliers named in clause 4 of that policy and to nobody else.
3What you can ask for
- a copy of the personal information we hold on you
- the categories we collected and the reason for each
- correction of anything wrong
- deletion of it, which closes the account
- confirmation in writing that we have not sold or shared it
4How to send a request
Write to privacy@jevcha.com with the word REQUEST in the subject, from the email address on your account. Say which of the five things in clause 3 you want.
We confirm inside 10 days and answer inside 30, the same clock as clause 6 of the Privacy Policy. If it needs longer we tell you why, and we take at most 30 more.
If you do not have an account with us, say so and give any address or identifier you think we might hold, and we will search on it.
5Someone acting for you
An authorised agent can send the request. We will ask for written proof that you appointed them, and we will ask you to confirm it directly.
6No penalty for asking
We do not charge you, slow you down, degrade a solve or close an account because a request came in. Making a request costs nothing and changes nothing about the service you get.
